Good bye.

Wow life can be so hard and full of trials..... we have definitely been put through the ringer at the Lemke house. It started on Saturday with Brian going down stairs to the office to find that the carpet was soaking wet, then he looked in the window well that was half full of water!!!! Called the in laws who have a pump to get the water out and began the clean up, no fun!!! WE finally got that handled just for Brian to go down again yesterday to find it had happened again... EMMA call my dad we need the pump AGAIN, while Brian and his dad were getting the water out and me and Gracelyn were in the basement wiping up all the water, my father in-law yell Brian your dog was just hit by a car>>>>>> WE all ran, when Grace and I got up the stairs Brian and his dad were getting Rambo off the road and in the car to take him to get help.... Olivia was inside and didn't know what had just happened so I grabbed the phone and called my Mother-in-law because I wasn't sure what would happen. Brian and his dad came back about 5 min later.... Rambo didn't make it, he was already gone....NO NO NO so sad my poor girls why do they have to go through this and why do they have to loose their brother?????

So we brought him in and lay ed him on his blanket and loved on him and gave him lots of kisses and then we all said good bye to our little Buddie. We only had him for 2 years and he was such a joy to our family, kind and loved to cuddle. Gracelyn played with him every day, Olivia always called him her brother..

WE love you Rambo and hope you are happy in doggie heaven.

Oh Emma I knew this sad news was coming as I read your post. DAMNIT GEEZ CRAP. I'm so sorry for all of you, especially the kiddos. Not easy for any of you. Poor little fish. He's at Rainbow bridge with all my furry little ones.
I'm sorry Emma. Feel my arms around you?

I cried reading about Rambo.
Seriously. I did.

It's so hard to lose a pet.. and yes.. they become a family member.

It looks like you have had your fair share of trials as well.. I am so sorry. I'll have a pity-party with ya. :)

I believe that our animals will be in heaven for sure. He's at peace and happy because he was loved and cared for by your family!

Oh no! I'm so sorry...about the flooding and about poor Rambo! I can only imagine the heartache you all are experiencing right now. My Jake is my baby and I can't ever imagine life without him. I'm truly sorry. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

As soon as I saw Rambo's picture I got all teary eyed. DANG, he was a fun dog and was indeed so cuddly. I love those kind of dogs.
they are sooooo cute.
It reminded me of when LadyBug died in my arms.
Rambo will always remain a special little "Lemke".

Oh Emma! I'm so, so, sorry! We had to put our dog down just before Laynie was born and it was the worst experience in the world. I'm still in mourning.

I wish I was there to bring over a fresh load of towels to help mop up the mess and a couple of batches of cookies.

My heart goes out to you Lemke's. Much love from Virginia.

So sorry about your little doggie! So sad for your girls, especially. And right when you are trying to deal with a water issue! Have you had a lot of rain or snowmelt off? Or did a pipe break?
